Talahi Plant Sale
Native plants dug straight from members’ gardens along with herbs, trees, shrubs, annuals, homemade baked goods, and the ever-popular Green Elephant ~ the Talahi Plant Sale has it all!
April 22nd, 2022 at Lakeshore Park’s Marble Hall
Our annual Plant Sale began in 1964 as an exchange among members and three years later was opened to the public. Originating on Talahi road in Sequoyah Hill, the eponymous event has enjoyed continous growth and is currently held each spring at the expansive Lakeshore Park. The plant sale remains our primary fundraising project and generates the majority of revenue that KGC allocates to community projects. Garden Study Club, UTK and independent growers have become partners of the sale ensuring its continued success.
